Each Moontime Market is a pre-show gathering designed to get you in the festival spirit before Widespread Panic takes the stage. Get ready, music lovers as the 5th Annual Drifter Fest: Bert Griggs Memorial Jam is officially on the horizon! Mark your calendars for September 5-7th in Charleston and prepare for a weekend filled with unforgettable performances, vibrant community vibes, and good times.

Drifter Fest is an annual event that celebrates the life of the late Bert Griggs. It has grown into a must-attend celebration of music, art, local eats and specialty drinks. This year, a portion of proceeds will benefit Rock ‘n Roll Rescue, a non profit that allows children access to music education programs.

This year’s lineup is set to bring an electrifying mix of legendary acts and rising stars, blending the roots of rock, jam, and soul. We’ll also have a plethora of Drifter Merch designs available on-site along with many other talented vendors.

Rising Tide Art Studio and Drifter Merch present the Chucktown Flodown: A Goosemas Pre-Party in the Low Country on Saturday, December 14 from 12-4pm at Commonhouse Aleworks located at 4831 O’Hear Ave. in North Charleston. Join us for a vibrant market event celebrating fan artists with live music from Just Groove with Rob Corbett playing funky jams for the Goose and local community ahead of Goosemas N2! The event is free to attend and will showcase Goose-inspired artists and local artisans while giving back to the local Park Circle neighborhood & support for the Goose’s non-profit Western Sun Foundation.

4th Annual Drifter Fest Lineup Announced in Charleston

Held in downtown Charleston, the 4th Annual Drifter Fest: Bert Griggs Memorial Jam will be on Saturday, September 14th at the Refinery Amphitheater featuring Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Junco Partner, The Reckoning and Just Groove. Available for sale at noon, general admission tickets are $25 ADV, $35 DOS with VIP at $60 at drifterfest.com/tickets. A free pre-jam will take place on Friday, September 13th at Home Team BBQ with 54 Bicycles. There will also be after parties each night at The Commodore as all as Friday at the Palace Hotel.

Bert had a unique sense of humor with an infectious laugh and smile that could light up the darkest room.

Flock to the Fox is a free Goose Band Pre-Party happening at Westside Motor Lounge on Saturday, June 22 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This day, filled with oysters, cold beverages, comfort food, live music, and a showcase of creative vendors is one not to miss.

Westside Motor Lounge will be the hottest spot in Atlanta for a day of fun, food, and entertainment for live music fans. Attendees can indulge in delicious oysters, sip on refreshing cold beverages, and savor mouthwatering comfort food offerings while enjoying the lively atmosphere.

Beaufort Arts and Music is a volunteer-run 501c3 nonprofit organization working with and in the community to bring tourism and music to Beaufort and to the Crystal Coast. Locals and tourists alike enjoy the beautiful weather and some pretty great music. The money raised from the events goes toward funding the May festival but also goes back into the community, specifically the community’s children.
