Return information and Shipping Policies: 

General Return Policy :
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or ordered the incorrect size, you can return the product for up to 14 days from the date purchased and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Any product you return must be in the same unused condition that you received it. **Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will cover the shipping cost to get a replacement to you but items will not be shipped until the original item is received.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error : 
You may return defective or incorrect items received without penalty. ** Shipping: In these instances, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to return.  When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. 

**Please note: It is company policy not to mail replacement items until the exchange or wrong order is received back.
